Serial burglar accused of using stolen credit cards at Green Hills Macy's

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

Police say a man suspected of using stolen credit cards at the Green Hills Macy's is now in custody.

Back in the fall, the victim parked her car in a parking garage at Baptist Hospital on Church Street.

The victim's purse, credit cards and Apple iPad were stolen.

In November, $500 was charged at the Macy's using the credit cards.

But in February, the suspect, Bernard Miller, returned to Macy's and was arrested.

There are 15 charges against him ranging from burglary of a vehicle to fraudulent credit card use and parole violation.
