April Fools'!

Yes, it's April Fools' Day, and there is plenty of news.  It starts with the weather, which will be cooler today.  After March ended on a spring-like note, there's even a chance for a few snow flurries on this first day of April.  Chad has the details in his First Alert forecast.

Bodies Found

Two young men are found dead in Patoka Lake after they fell out of their fishing boat this weekend.  We'll have the details.

Child Abuse Prevention

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month, and the Ark Crisis Child Care Center is marking the occasion by hosting a Fairy Tale Ball fund raiser.  Nicole is live with that.

Pinwheels for Prevention

Western Kentucky is drawing attention to the problem of child abuse with a community event later this afternoon. Alyssa is live with that.

Final Four

Louisville put the finishing touches on the Final Four by rolling past Duke 85-63 to win the NCAA Midwest Regional. Louisville managed to pull off the overwhelming win despite seeing teammate Kevin Ware suffer a gruesome broken leg in the first half.  Michigan beat Florida to become the other team to head to Atlanta next weekend.  We'll have the details on Sunrise.

So enjoy this April Fools' Day and we'll see you on Sunrise.
