SAGINAW, MI (WNEM) -

The Saginaw Spirit's season has ended just like it did last season, at the hands of the London Knights.

London beat Saginaw 6-2 Thursday night to win the OHL playoff series 4 games to none.

Eric Locke and David Perklin scored for the Spirit. Jake Paterson stopped just 17 of 23 Knight shots as the Spirit fell for the sixth straight time to London.

London now moves on to the second round of the playoffs.
