Two woman say they were robbed at gunpoint inside their home

Posted: Updated:

There were terrifying moments for two women who say they were robbed at gunpoint inside their Jefferson Avenue home this weekend.

"Some people just broke into our house and armed robbed us with guns," said one of two women who police say were victims of a home invasion robbery just before 2:00 Sunday morning.

According to the caller and her mother, a group of men in masks kicked in the front door of their Jefferson Avenue home and forced them to lay on the floor at gunpoint.

"They tied my mom up, and they were beating us and kicking us and putting guns up to our heads. They ripped my mom's clothes off of her and everything," the 911 caller said.

Police say they're looking for five men, but don't have much to go on as far as a description or evidence.

According to the police report, two flat screen TV's and an iPad were stolen before the men took off.

"The one who was like running it all went out the front door, and the rest of them jumped out the window," the caller stated.

No arrests have been made in this case.
