Warrick County deputies have arrested a Wal-Mart Pharmacy Employee accused of theft of prescription drugs.

On Thursday, detectives arrested 26-year-old Lindsey Miller of Evansville on the charge of Theft and Possession of Schedule III Controlled Substance Prescription Drugs.

Detectives were contacted Wal-Mart loss prevention employees about the alleged thefts of prescription drugs by one of their pharmacy employees.

Upon investigation of the allegations, detectives developed enough probable cause to make an arrest and preliminarily charge Miller.

Miller was arrested and taken to the Warrick County Jail where she later posted $300 cash bond and was released.

Miller was preliminarily charged with Theft (a Class D Felony), and Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance (a Class D Felony).
