Henderson Police say a man is arrested on multiple charges including Kidnapping and Terroristic Threatening.
Police say Tuesday morning around 1:20 a.m., two people came into the Henderson Police Department and told police that 24-year-old Cortney McGee had refused to allow them to leave an apartment at 500 Fair Street.
Police say the alleged victims said McGee was armed with a knife, refused to let them leave the apartment, threatened to kill them and assaulted one of them.
They told police McGee eventually left the apartment and the victims drove to the police department to report the incident.
HPD says McGee was located Tuesday evening around 6:30 p.m. in the 400 Block of 10th Street in Henderson.
McGee was arrested on multiple charges:
Kidnapping - minor (Class B Felony),
Kidnapping - adult (Class B Felony),
Terroristic Threatening 3rd Degree (A Misdemeanor),
Assault 4th Degree - minor injury (A Misdemeanor),
and Menacing (B Misdemeanor).
McGee was lodged at the Henderson County Detention Center.
