VANCOUVER, March 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. (TSX: CGG); (HKEx: 2099) (the "Company" or "China Gold International Resources") will release Year-End 2012 results on March 25th, 2013 and the results will be available on the Company's website, The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited's website and SEDAR.

Management will hold a global conference call from Hong Kong on March 27th, 2013 at 7 a.m. (Hong Kong time) or March 26th, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). During the call the Year-End 2012 results and performance will be discussed and the question and answer period will be held.
