TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Ex-employees of Richard's Music protested outside the store on West Central Avenue on Saturday.

Last year, a Call for Action investigation revealed Richard's has an 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau and owes ten thousand dollars to the Bureau of Workers Compensation.

The ex-employees claim they were forced to lie to customers, not paid for their work and even had paychecks bounce.

"What I want done is I want people to take notice this is happening. I would like some action to cause Richard's to get shut down," said former employee Julie Meyer.

Toledo News Now was unable to reach Richard's Music for comment.
