Police say drunk man drove into Home Depot

A man who police say was intoxicated drove into a Home Depot in Riverdale, Utah Wednesday and it was all caught on tape by shopper, Brent Packer, "I think he went through one playground and three sheds."

Brent Packer says he was getting ready to leave a home depot parking lot when all of a sudden he heard a bang, and saw a stop sign and all the concrete attached roll out from under the ground.

The driver didn't stop and instead drove towards Packer.

"I was kind of shakey because I didn't know what he was going to do."

Packer got out of the way in time, but the driver, 38 year old Dale Arave drove into the Home Depot.

Court documents say he admitted to drinking an eighth of whiskey.
