According to the arrest report, Chelsie
Immes, 24, took her one-year-old son to see his pediatrician at 217 E. Magnolia Ave. on Friday.

the floor."

body and notified Child Protective Services. CPS found bruises on the boy's

The arrest report states that Immes
admitted spanking her son with a belt.
