After consecutive price hikes, gas finally starts to lower in price

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

Gas prices are going down.

They've dropped nearly $0.06 a gallon over the past two weeks to a national average of $3.73.

It's the first drop after nine straight weeks of price hikes.

Analysts cite lower oil prices, and say prices should continue to fall.
