TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A humorous "cheat sheet" written by a friend for a Toledo woman struggling with memory loss is going viral on the Internet.

The note titled, "Read This," has been reposted on the Huffington Post, Daily Mail, and Gawker, along with several other online blogs.

Kerstyne Kromer wrote the letter for her best friend, identified as JoDiegoJo on Reddit. Jo is a wife and mother of four, admitted to the ICU in 2011.

She suffered short-term memory loss as a result of a medical mistake, leading her to ask the same questions constantly.

Kromer created the memory "cheat sheet" to help out her friend when she got confused.

Her message of maintaining humor amidst a negative situation has touched many people, after the letter was posted online.
