Autopsy reveals Owensboro man died of gunshot wound

OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE) -

Owensboro Police are conducting an investigation into a body found Thursday morning inside a local business.

Police say that Kenneth W. Yerardi Jr's body was found inside the Silver and Gold Exchange at NE 18th St.  

They say they aren't sure right now about the cause of death, but they tell us they are calling it suspicious.

An autopsy of Yerardi's body revealed that he died of a gunshot wound.

The Owensboro Police Department are continuing to investigate this incident as a suspicious death.
