EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

New developments on the raid of an Evansville Pain Clinic has left one doctor suspended.

The Indiana Medical Licensing Board has suspended the medical license of Dr. Diana Crowley who is the Physician at Med 1st.

The state's petition alleges that she has engaged in dangerous prescribing practices and has allowed non-qualified individuals to issue prescriptions under her name.

DEA Agents shut down the clinic on Tuesday and while the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit was there collected evidence on the scene.
