OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE) -

Officials say an Owensboro home is a complete loss after a fire tore through it Thursday night.

According to dispatch, the fire broke out a little after s6 p.m.

Crews were on the scene for a little over three hours while they put the fire out and treated hot spots.

The house is located at 432 Walnut Street, right across the street from the Daniel Pitino Shelter.

Most of the damage is on the West Fifth Street side of the house.

Dispatch says that according to the fire department, the home is a total loss.

Thankfully, no one was hurt.

No cause has been determined yet, and the investigation is ongoing.
