PRINCETON, IN (WFIE) -

In a plea deal, Michael Shafer has been sentenced to twelve years in prison.

Shafer was accused of making meth at Wood Memorial High School. Police discovered remnants of a one pot meth lab more than a year ago.

He will get twelve days credit for time already served.

Shafer was remanded to the department of corrections. It's up to them to decide where he will serve his sentence.
