A jury has found an Evansville man on trial for murder not guilty.

The verdict for 18-year-old William Hurt is not guilty on charges of murder and robbery, and a hung jury on count three, which is obstruction of justice.

Hurt was charged with murder, robbery and criminal confinement in connection with the death of Marcus Golike.

The trial last nearly a week.

The jury will meet again on March 13 to discuss the obstruction of justice charge.

Four teens were originally accused of killing the homeless man and dumping his body in the Ohio River last summer.
