While many of us celebrated Valentine's Day this week, not everyone may have been feeling the love -- and as you've probably heard before, loving others starts with loving yourself.
If you often call yourself "stupid" or "dumb" or tell yourself you are not good at something, try to be mindful of how many times you denigrate yourself in a day. Would you be friends with someone who said so many mean things to you?
I don't think so.
Try to be a better friend to yourself. Every time you hear that negative voice telling you something mean, stop and notice it. Then tell yourself something good about yourself.....like, "I'm getting happier by doing this exercise!"
Be yourself. Be successful. And feel the love!
