It's time to break out the candy hearts and other sweet treats during a special Valentine's Day celebration in Owensboro.
On Wednesday, some Sigma Kappa sorority sisters at Kentucky Wesleyan College will give a sweet treat to the community and give back as well
Tomorrow at 8 p.m., they'll help students, faculty, and the public celebrate Valentine's Day one day early.
Owensboro native and singer Nathan Morris will perform, and the sorority will have some treats for you to enjoy throughout the night.
Admission is only $2 per person or $3 per couple, and everyone is invited to attend.
You don't have to be a student or faculty member at Kentucky Wesleyan.
The event will also raise money for a good cause.
Any and all additional donations are welcome and will benefit the Alzheimer's Foundation.
One of the sorority's main values is service, and the event honors that tradition by giving back to those in need.
The event will be held at the Winchester Center in Rogers Hall and you're welcome to attend, especially if you just can't wait to get into the Valentine's Day spirit.
