Officials have new information in the deadly December accident on Riverside Drive.

An elderly couple and the driver were killed when the driver's vehicle slammed into the couple's home. 

Vanderburgh County Coroner Annie Groves tells 14 News on Monday that alcohol and weather conditions led to the deadly December crash.

The crash happened at 2:00 in the morning on December 30.

Police say the Thomas Hodgson was driving east on Riverside when he hit the guardrail and went airborne. His vehicle went through two bedrooms of a home, killing 75-year old Homer and 74-year old Lela Meriwether.
