EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

Students at Oak Hill School are making a difference around the world.

Oak Hill hosted a cultural bazaar Saturday afternoon to show the community what they've learned about different cultures.

The event featured kids crafts and international games. People could indulge in an around the world food tasting and then sit back to watch special ethnic musical performances put on by the students.

The money raised will help feed families worldwide.

"After all of this is finished, they take all the money and they buy animals from all different countries to give to people in need. Having and animal it provides the milk forever," Lily Bosecker, with the school, said.

Several of the fair trade vendors sponsor families in Uganda, Kenya and India. Students say they were proud to sell their artwork to help children in third-world countries.
