The Mardi Gras Crawl is sponsored by the new organization "Franklin St. Events Association."
More than 40 businesses are taking part in the crawl at Lamasco Bar and Grill.
A lot of people were decked out in their Mardi Gras beads and costumes.
"It's just a bunch of different ages, a bunch of different groups of people brought together for one reason, it's to have a good time," says Michael Wright, who attended the Mardi Gras Crawl.
"It's getting a lot of traffic. It really is. I mean, it's, it's doing us a huge favor to do this, and everybody seems to be having a great time even though it's cold outside," says Barbara Staub, who owns Memi Rabilia's on Franklin St. "They're all getting out and they're all happy and you know, it's a good night"
The Mardi Gras Crawl lasted until 2 A.M. on Saturday morning.
