North Junior High Singers hold quarter auction

Posted: Updated:

There's a group of 7th and 8th graders at North Junior High School who want to invite you to their quarter auction this weekend.

They're a self supported group and say they can use all the help they can get.

The singers will host that auction at North Junior High School on Saturday.

It starts at 1 p.m. and that's when you come browse the items. We are told there will be a large variety of things to choose from local vendors.

The auction begins at 2 p.m. and how it works is you buy a paddle for 5 bucks and bid on your items with the quarters you bring with you so there's a good chance at some good bargains.

"It's going to be a lot of fun and there will be lots of items there so a benefit for people," said Rhiana Jones, 7th grade singer.

Again, the auction is from 1-5 p.m. on Saturday.

Bring quarters with you because, the students will be here with buckets and they'll sing and you can drop quarters in their buckets while you bid on items.
