MT. WASHINGTON, KY (WAVE) - A man is facing charges after a house party at his Mount Washington home off of Burlwood Circle.
Police say Timothy Maas, 50, allowed dozens of teens, including his own daughter, to consume alcohol during a party in late January.
Eventually someone called the cops.
"I saw a prisoner transport van pull up and I saw a couple of people get put in that," said neighbor Tyler Ahearn.
"I did see someone come outside and start throwing up. I heard someone hysterically screaming at the cops and they told her to calm down and they put her in handcuffs," said neighbor Jonathan Ahearn.
"A kid hid in the washing machine and it locked and he passed out," said neighbor Tyler Ahearn.
Neighbors say there were cars everywhere, with loud music and people stumbling out of the house.
Maas was charged with 30 counts of wanton endangerment and other charges, but they aren't just limited to alcohol. Officers say they also found marijuana and drug items inside.
No one was home when WAVE 3 stopped by, except for the dogs that were barking. Those who live nearby say Maas and has family have been good neighbors.
"I hate to see it happen to him. He's an excellent guy. He'd do anything for anybody," Jonathan Ahearn said.
Maas is expected back in court in March. It's unclear what charges the juveniles arrested will face.
