Darton golf slips to 5th

The Darton golf team finished their first tournament of the spring schedule with another 300 plus round and dropped to 5th at the Titan Winter Invitational.

Darton shot a 302 on Tuesday and finished with a 54-hole total of 897.

Division II Florida Tech won the tournament with a score of 880.

Central Alabama Community College and the University of Tampa tied for second at 882.

Darton golf will tee it up on February 16-17 at the Faulkner State Invitational in Alabama.
