The former Boonville middle school teacher had been previously arrested on a single voyeurism charge. That charge was eventually dropped.
The charges could be related to a video recording device found by a teacher in a faculty restroom of the school.
There was also word that the Boonville Police Department was contacting victims of another hidden camera incident in the school; this one was allegedly found hidden in a girls locker room.
We'll have more of an idea about the alleged crimes when the arrest report is released.
After that first arrest Boonville Police Chief Daryl Saltzman told 14 News officials collected electronic equipment from Emmons's classroom and his home.
Emmons was forced to turn devices such as cell phones or computers over to Indiana State Police.
Emmons was a sixth grade science and reading teacher at Boonville Middle School.
