An Owensboro man will unveil his latest creation Thursday, drawing attention to a cause that's close to his heart.
At 2 p.m., the public is invited to come down to the Riverpark Center in Owensboro where a custom motorcycle will be unveiled.
But it's not just any motorcycle or a bunch of parts thrown together.
Cycle Works Choppers owner Tim Banks has created a breast cancer awareness bike to help draw attention to the cause.
Tim's mom is actually a breast cancer survivor, and he wanted to build the bike to honor others like her, support current fighters, and remember those who have passed away from the disease.
When 14 News visited Tim's shop the other day, he wanted to keep most of the bike a secret until the unveiling.
But he did let us get a quick sneak peek.
After the presentation, a short Q&A session will take place.
Today's unveiling actually kicks off a national tour for the bike, which starts in Nashville on Saturday at the Easyriders 2013 Bike Show.
After that, the bike will travel to many other cities, so you can be a part of its debut before it takes its first road trip.
