How to watch our newscasts on your iPhone - 14 News, WFIE, Evansville, Henderson, Owensboro

UPDATE: Two ways to watch our newscasts on your phone or tablet

Posted: Updated:

There is now a new way to watch our Newscasts, Breaking News, and Severe Weather Coverage on your phone and mobile devices.

You'll still be able to watch on our 14 News app (instructions on that below), but now you'll also be able to see us live on our 14 First Alert Weather App.

Here's how: First download the 14 First Alert App from the iTunes App Store or Google Play stores (you won't be sorry it's a great weather tool.) If you already have the app make sure it's updated to its most recent version.

Open the app; Find the "Video Tab" on the bottom navigation.

Once you see that you'll see a tab that says 14News Live- Available during regular newscast times and during breaking news. Just click on that to watch.

Of course you'll still be able to watch on our Free 14 News App.

When you open our news app, you'll see custom content at the top of the homepage (Severe Weather Alert, Sports Scores, or Gas Prices or other options).

If you wait a few seconds that custom content changes, and you'll see a bar that says Watch our Newscasts or Breaking News Live.

Click it and then you'll come to this page... Click again:

If we're broadcasting, you can watch us right there on your phone or tablet.

We should be on the air (minus commercials) from 4:30-7:00 AM; from 11:00-12:00 AM; from 4-5:30 PM; from 6:00-6:30 PM; and from 10:00-10:30 PM. Plus anytime we are on the air for breaking news or weather, we'll be broadcasting live on your phone.
