A Winter Weather Advisory continues for our western Kentucky counties south of Henderson and Owensboro. Reports of light freezing rain and sleet are common in western Kentucky and will continue for the next few hours.
Although this precip is very light in nature, it doesn't take much to cause slick roads, so please give yourself a few extra minutes this morning as you head to work or school and leave early for your destination.
This is a fast moving low to our south, so most of the this wintry mix will be over by mid-morning and temperatures will climb above freezing by noon.
