Local Evansville woman gets a brand new home

Habitat for Humanity of Evansville hosted a dedication Thursday morning for the new home of Dawn Warren.

\Warren says the home is perfect for her family, which includes her three children along with her mother, who is wheelchair bound.

"I'm excited that my mom could make it here," says Warren. "She can see what all my hard work has done and this was done for her."

The home was built handicap accessible with ramps and a special shower.

Warren, like all Habitat homeowner, put in sweat equity to build her new home. She thanks all the hard work of the volunteers and plans to move in soon.
