HENDERSON CO., KY (WFIE) -

Henderson Police are looking for suspects in a home invasion robbery that happened Thursday morning at 1023 First Street.

Deangelo Steinbrugge told police that around 9 a.m. two men kicked open his apartment door, tied him up and assaulted him. 

Officials say Steinbrugge stated that the men then stole various items from the home including electronics, his dog and a gun. 

Authorities say another person in the house at the time of the robbery, Ashley Mosley, was tied up by the suspects, but was not harmed in the incident. 

Police say Steinbrugge is currently being treated at Methodist Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The suspects are described as two males, one of which was a black male, wearing ski masks and gloves. 

Police say both men were armed with handguns during the robbery.
