The suspect in a stabbing Saturday night in Henderson has been arrested. It's a story we first reported on 14news.com.
Henderson Police say 41-year-old David McCormick was taken into custody Sunday night. He's accused of stabbing a woman multiple times around 10:00 p.m. Saturday.
Police say they found the woman lying on the sidewalk next to the intersection of Clay and Mill. Authorities say she was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police tell 14 News on Monday that the victim is in good condition, but because she is the victim of a domestic violence situation, they are not releasing her name.
Authorities say McCormick is facing assault and terroristic threatening charges. He's in Henderson County Detention Center without bond.
