CIC, Resident Screening, has partnered with Rent180 to offer clients who work with as few as a single unit, a way to report their residents payment history.

Landlords and property managers can add information rental payment information of up to 24 months prior to creating their account. The system is set up to report the payment history to Experian each month without adding any additional work for the manager. CIC believes this system will help managers with portfolio's big or small add a benefit to their communities by offering a way for their residents to build credit while renting. There is also the added benefit of creating an incentive for residents to pay their rent in a timely manner just like any of their other bills that are reported to the bureau.
