Tri-State school system shuts down due to flu outbreak

14 News has learned the Grayville Community School District will close for three days this week due to a flu outbreak.

School officials tell us 25% of elementary school students were absent due to illness on Friday.

Officials say the state health department made the decision to cancel classes in all Grayville schools Monday through Wednesday.

At this time, schools are set to reopen on Thursday.
