The former Grand Traverse Pie Company in Evansville will soon be a Roger's Galleria.

The CEO of Roger's Jewelers tells 14 News that the store in Eastland Mall will close at the end of the month. The new store on Burkhardt Road should be open by early spring.

Sharon Satore, CEO, says current locations, Lawndale in Evansville, Henderson, Owensboro, Madisonville will be stocked with the mall's inventory and they will have a ‘Growing and evolving sale' 60% off.

She says those mall employees will work at other city stores until the Galleria opens. No jobs will be lost.

The owners of the former Grand Traverse Pie Company held an online auction that ended Tuesday night. The high bidders began collecting everything from tables and chairs to kitchen equipment.
