TRI-STATE (WFIE) -
We're just about a week into the new year and we've already had some interesting weather to contend with.
In 2012, tri-staters enjoyed... and suffered through, some huge swings from very hot weather to cold snaps and everything in between.
Here's a snapshot of last year:

Warmest: 107 degrees on June 28th, 29th & July 5th.
Coldest: 12 degrees on January 14th & December 30th.
Rainfall: 33.13 inches, 12.18 inches below our normal of 45.31 inches.
June was the driest June on record in Evansville.
Snowfall: 11.1 inches, .7 inches below normal.
The airport recorded 230 days with fair skies and 46 days with cloudy skies. The rest were somewhere in between.
