Cincinnati, OH -

Cincinnati Bengals WR A.J. Green will be heading to Hawaii next month for the second straight year after the Summerville alum was named to the Pro Bowl again this season.

Green ranks in the Top 10 in the NFL in catches, reception yards and touchdown catches so far this season. He needs 5 catches during Sunday's finale to get to 100 catches for the year, becoming just the 3rd Bengals receiver to reach that mark.

A.J. showed his gratitude to the fans on his Twitter account after the announcement saying "Thanks to everyone who voted!!! Such a blessing... to all of my fans and supporters... I luv y'all!"

It was thought Green would have a tough time duplicating an outstanding rookie season when he caught 65 passes for 1,057 yards and 7 touchdowns, but the former Green Wave star has actually surpassed those numbers with 95 catches for 1,324 yards and 11 touchdown catches. That included a stretch of 9 straight games with a TD reception, good enough to tie the all-time franchise record.

The Pro Bowl will be played January 27 at the Aloha Bowl in Hawaii.
