The Knox County Sheriff says deputies are investigating a suspicious device outside the Oak Village Nursing home, on West 4th Street in Oaktown.
We're told the device was thrown from a car and landed on the property. The Sheriff says he doesn't believe it was something intentionally targeting the nursing home, and it doesn't appear to pose a threat.
