HENDERSON, KY (WFIE) -

A convicted felon in Henderson has been arrested on a gun charge.

Police say they were called to 52-year-old Tony Carter's home on Washington Street because of disturbance.

Officers say they found a handgun in Carter's possession.

He's due in court Wednesday afternoon.

Right now he's held without bond.
