CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A Finneytown man posted bond on Wednesday, in connection with comments he made on Facebook regarding the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary in Connecticut.

Devin Carey, 18, is charged with one count of inducing panic.

According to Hamilton County court documents, Carey said on this Facebook page that he was sick of all the comments on the shooting in Connecticut and that all of the comments made him want to shoot kids himself.

Someone notified police about the comments, and Carey was arrested.

Last Wednesday, Carey's attorney asked for a reduction in his $100,000 bond, which was denied by the judge.

Court documents reveal Carey has hired H. Louis Sirkin, a notable First Amendment and criminal defense attorney from Cincinnati.

He is scheduled to appear in court again on Thursday.
