HOPKINS CO., KY (WFIE) -

Construction is moving along on a multi-million dollar renovation project at Madisonville Community College, but school officials say they're not going to meet their January completion date.

This is a $3.5 million project and one key addition to the renovation includes a new Student Start Center, an area that combines counseling, registration, financial aid, testing, and admission questions all in one area.

They say they were hoping to speed things up and have it ready for the majority of the second half of this school year.
