It's been just four years since Tony Dungy left the Colts sideline for the Sunday Night, Broadcasting Studio, but the organization has undergone a complete facelift in that short period of time.
The winning head coach of Super Bowl 41 is in Evansville Thursday night. Helping Youth Resources of Southern Indiana celebrate it's 25th anniversary.
The one similarity to the Dungy era, for Indianapolis, is that the Colts, are on track to head back to the playoffs.
With head coach, Chuck Pagano battling leukemia, throughout the year rookie quarterback Andrew Luck has put the team, on his shoulders.
"Andrew's been special, I've said it on our show, you know, for a young QB to come in, take a team that won 2 games last year, and basically will them to victory, you don't see that very much in young QB's and he's played sensational," said Dungy.
