EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -
Crews respond to a two vehicle accident in Evansville.
Police say a woman was heading eastbound on Bellemeade when she crossed the center line and crashed into a parked van.
Officials say the car caught on fire while trying to free her from the wreckage. Firefighters were able to get the door open to get her out and she was not burned.
She taken by ambulance to Deaconess with a leg injury.
No word on her condition.
