The Warrick County Prosecutor's Office announces the conviction and sentencing of Scott Lee Shepardson, 26, to eleven and a half years at the Indiana Department of Correction. Shepardson was sentenced on top charge on four cases resulting in sentencing on three convictions for Child Molesting, Battery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury and Child Solicitation.

The State charged Shepardson on September 12, 2011 with two counts of Child Molesting after an investigation was conducted by Det. Paul Kruse of the Warrick County Sheriff's Office.

The State filed charges against Shepardson on May 16, 2012 with Child Molesting after an investigation was conducted by Det. Paul Kruse of the Warrick County Sheriff's Office.

The State filed charges against Shepardson on May 18, 2012 with Battery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury after an investigation was conducted by Deputy Daniel Bullock of the Warrick County Sheriff's Office.

The State filed charges against Shepardson on August 3, 2012 with Child Solicitation after an investigation was conducted by Assistant Chief Darrel Healy of the Newburgh Police Department.

Deputy Prosecutor, Jennifer Greer handled the prosecution and Prosecutor JoAnn Krantz handled the sentencing.
