EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) -

Evansville Police are searching for the man who robbed a health food store at gun point Tuesday night.

It happened around 6:00 Tuesday night at Adele's Natural Food Store in the 2700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Police say the masked man ran off with a small amount of cash. Right now, they're trying to figure out why he decided to rob a health store.

"It was a little unusual, out of the way. It's dark, that may be what attracted our suspect here. We don't know," said Sgt. Scott Doan with Evansville Police.

Police dogs searched the area, but could not find any leads.

You are asked to call police if you have any information.
