Two warrants issued in Indianapolis explosion

Just one day after the explosion at the Richmond Hill Subdivision on Indianapolis' south side was declared a homicide, two people have been questioned in the case.

Police say those being questioned aren't necessarily suspects.
Indianapolis Department of Homeland Security released a statement Tuesday night saying, "The investigation is still ongoing and we are still processing the scene. No arrests have been made at this time."
Police are still asking for anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers.
They're  offering a $1,000 reward for and the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is offering a reward of up to $10,000.
