OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE) -

The Daviess County woman arrested last week on over 1,000 counts related to child pornography will be in court today.

25-year-old Sarah Cox is scheduled for a preliminary hearing at 1 p.m.

She was arrested Tuesday.

14 News obtained a copy of the search warrant that was served on November 8th at Cox's Pennbrooke Drive home.

Authorities took a computer and an external hard drive to the Kentucky State Police forensic lab for examination.

Cox is currently being housed in the Daviess County Detention Center on a $45,000 bond.

Cox actually worked several jobs that involved being around children.

In addition to being a professionally trained nanny and childcare provider, police say she worked at places like daycares and learning services in the Owensboro area.

Parents can call Detective Jason Pagan with Kentucky State Police at 270-685-3927 if their children were around Cox or if they have concerns.
