A Spencer County father is in jail accused of beating his infant son.
23-year-old Derrick Scott Lee of Dale faces battery and strangulation charges.
State police say back in July, the four month old was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Lee was arrested Monday afternoon.
Troopers say the child is being care for by other family members.
