EUGENE, OR (KPTV) -

The University of Oregon is looking for a new women's soccer coach.

The school announced it will not renew the contract of Tara Erickson. A national search for a new coach will begin immediately and a search committee has already been assembled.

Erickson joined the Ducks in 2005 and registered an overall record of 70-71-18. Her teams were 20-46-10 in conference games.

She was named coach of the year for the Pac 10 in 2006. The Ducks women's soccer team finished 8-10-2 in 2012, their fourth consecutive losing season.
