An 18-year-old is now facing theft charges after being arrested by Evansville Police.

EPD says they were called when Antonio Bushrod used Facebook to try and sell a stolen cell phone back to the rightful owner for $130.

When Bushrod arrived at the victim's house with the stolen phone, he was arrested by Evansville Police.

The victim showed officers Facebook messages where Bushrod was told the phone was stolen. Despite that information, police say Bushrod still wanted money to return it.

Bushrod was arrested just over a year ago on a felony weapon charge after police found a revolver with three empty shell casings inside his Bosse High School locker.
